Our establishment located within the prescient of the Shivalik foothills gives us the advantage and exclusivity of a vector and virus free enviorment. SBS Nagar district of Punjab, where Sekhon Biotech is situated, is the region that has been identified as “Ideal” for potato on basis of comprehensive and systematic scientific surveys. Presence of disease free environment and most suitable soil conditions are two of the many positive findings of such scientific investigations.
New ideas have been an integral part of our work culture, the organization commissioned its own Tissue culture facility as a part of vertical integration. The tissue culture facility has now been upgraded to include state of the art ‘Aeroponics technology’ of Central Potato Research Institute (CPRI), Shimla. Presently the facility has capacity to produce five million MINI-TUBERS annually.
Experienced field and technical staff under the overall supervision of specialist scientists guarantee timely operations. Quality parameters are strictly enforced to obtain disease-free and vigorous product.
